They take a straightforward sentence and turn it into a confusing mix of five different fonts in three different sizes, ending up with something like "We use Never ever Beef ever frozen always." If you stare at it long enough, you might start to understand the intended message, but the end result is such a jumbled mess that it becomes nearly impossible to decipher.
And honestly, what gets me the most is the sign maker—the person who actually printed that terrible design. Sure, it wasn't their design or their business, but I can't help wondering: did they call the customer to point out the sign was unreadable? Or did they just say, "Whatever" and print it anyway?
