Homeless Man Gives Random Woman a Dog on Thanksgiving Morning, Turns Out to a Be the Neglected Local Dog She has Been Trying to Rescue for Months

Dogs are loyal and provide unconditional love. Those are just two common traits about our canine companions that everyone knows. It's what dogs are known for! And yet, there are humans out there that will take advantage of that and no give a care in the world. Sometimes these dogs are traumatized beyond belief, and other times these dogs are given a second chance and it is unbelievable how quickly they go back to love and loyalty. After everything they've been through?? They are stronger than most humans for that kind of forgiveness. 

Take Bonita, for example. She is a pittie who was recently rescued by a woman when the homeless man who had her simply gave her away to her. The woman was just on a little walk the morning before Thanksgiving and stumbled upon sweet Bonita. The homeless man was more than happy to give her to a kind woman and off she went. She immediately started caring for this dog and trying to give it her a proper home. Soon, she realized, that Bonita wasn't some random dog, it was the dog she actually has been trying to rescue for months. She saw her tied on a short leash outside of a local man's house and called animal control on them. She said if she still saw her like that the next day, she would dawn black and go steal her away. She didn't see her after that, until the homeless man brought her to her. Now, Bonita is living her best life and the woman is struggling on whether she should keep her or keep looking for a furever home for her. She already has a reactive dog of her own, so it may be a long and difficult process. Check out the progress below!
