Cats come to us in all sorts of different ways. Sometimes it is a daring feline rescue, others it is a trip to the local cat shelter, and sometimes the Cat Distribution System chooses you. But today we have a story that rather trumps most of the traditional stories. Set up like a Wes Anderson film, this story tells the tail of a woman whose sister passed away and left behind an estate.

But unbeknownst to the surviving sister, in the will she had been left to take care of the recently passed sister's cat. Almost like adopting a child sight unseen, this woman was told that the cat child she would be bringing home was feral, feisty and an all around menace. Not exactly what you want to hear after being burdened with a load you were not expecting. But the truth ended up being something far different from what she had been told.
