If you're a craftsperson of any sort, say you crochet or embroider or carve little stamps out of rubber, odds are this is your busy season. You've decided that the perfect gift for everyone in your life is a hand-crafted item of your making. And it's a beautiful thought- giving something to somebody that is one of a kind, personalized, and truly from the heart. 

But if you're anything like me, you've overestimated your speed and now it's crunch time. Your knitting needles are firing at record speeds. Your Amazon delivery guys are hard at work delivering more craft supplies to your house. Your fingers ache from hard work. But this is the life of a crafter. It's a beautiful, calming way to use your free time to contribute something special to the world and make yourself happy in the process. We need crafters, especially this time of year.
