'She's been incredibly strong: Woman finds an abandoned senior cat on the street, adopts her into her fabulous family and gives her a purrfect retirement home

Less than one week into the new year, and we already have a new heartwarming cat rescue story to share with you guys. And that is what we're talking about! That is what we want to see all year long. And this is not just any kitty rescue story. Here, we have an adorable, precious senior cat getting rescued off the street, and really, we couldn't think of a more uplifting thing to start the year with.

We wish for 2025 to be filled with stories like these. Not stories of cats getting abandoned, obviously, just in case someone needed clarification. We mean stories that give us hope for humanity. There will always be enough people out there doing bad things. What's most impurrtant is that there are enough good people, kind people, people with the best and purest intentions to counteract all the bad. And so, into 2025, we will keep showcasing as many of these stories as pawssible, in the hopes that they will inspire more people to behave in the same way.

The thought that this poor kitten might have been thrown out by its previous owner solely for getting old… we could never. Just the thought of that is unbearable. After being together for so long, to throw out a family member is not an option. We can only be thankful that there are still good people in the world willing to go out of their way to help animals like these.
