Making unwarranted comments on another woman's body is a low blow, for sure. Women are constantly held to a certain standard where they're taught that the minute they have children, their bodies and their minds lose value. Unfortunately, many women internalize this outdated, misogynistic idea and it shows up in qualms like you see in this story.
Not only would this be considered immoral to do anywhere, but the fact that these ill-mannered comments are being said, out loud, on the clock? The woman can take action against her coworker and report her to HR.
