Once we start stressin’ - there’s no end to it. Think about it, everything in life can be stressful, and not many things are in our control. It’s energy-consuming and it has no pawsitive effect.

Instead, the best thing for us to do is focus on the meowment, through meditation. Right now, we’re great. We find what to be thankful for in our lives, soothe our souls with kind, warm words, and treat ourselves with generosity.

The real reason we procrastinate is anxiety. We are so caught up with all the things that can go wrong, that we don’t do anything right. Stop overthinking - it’s probably best.
