Have you ever sat in your home, watching your cat do something ridiculous like chaotically running straight into the wall for no apparent reason, and thought: "this is what wildlife photographers must feel like?" Because we have. Sometimes, as we watch our cats chase invisible ghosts, or as our cats try to sneakily grab food off our plates, thinking that we can't see them, or when our cats miss the litterbox and tinkle outside of it only to be confused by their own actions… that thought crosses our mind. 

And the thought that immediately follows that one is that we are like wildlife photographers, and funny cat memes are our photos. Cat memes are how we document our tiny fierce felines. Cat memes are how we commemorate their ridiculous actions, how we tell the rest of the world to look our for the signs of those behaviors. Cat memes are history, and they will be the guidebooks of future generations on how to survive keeping a cat in your home.
