'This was not part of my plan, but I ran with it': Woman denies dinging neighbor's truck with car door, spends $3,500 on fake transmission issue thanks to petty prank

We've all been through the pain of trying to find a parking space in an overly crowded lot. Just last week, I had to go to a work meeting in a different building than my normal office. After finding absolutely zero close spots, I settled on a parking garage that was about a 10-minute walk away—only to get there and find a million people circling like vultures, all looking for a singular open spot. I climbed the floors until, finally, I spotted one glorious, albeit tight, spot. After perfectly maneuvering into the space, I realized I was basically hugging the cars on either side. "It's fine," I thought. "Let them ding me." Yes, I was running that late.

But when I tried to open my door, I could barely squeeze out of my own car. Defeated, I pulled out and kept searching until I found a spot on the top floor. Sure, someone can ding my car with their door (my car's not that nice), but I can't bring myself to be that person. Even if no one's watching, karma always is. Speaking of which, buckle up for a story about someone who learned that lesson the hard way.

If he denies, just say you've got it recorded and she told you what was charged, and you" go to the (authorities? IRS? local press?) and report it then. DON'T say she's a neighbor, you don't want him scoping you out!
