Volunteer photographer captures purrfect pawtraits of adoptable bunch of fluffy felines with hissterical names "Jarlic, Mosh Pit, and Tinky Winky"

Hey, friends! People come up with some pretty creative names for their fluffy feline companions. There are a few different themes that new cat parents tend to go with that we are amused with and have come to appreciate over the years. One route is the human name route. Because it's hilarious to have a cat named Ryan, or George, it's ridiculous but also sometimes super appropriate somehow. Each cat is such a unique character, their parents know what kind of name would suit them best!

Another way to go on the theme of cat names is food-related items. Personally, this is the way I went when adopting my two babies. One is named Sushi, and the smol calico princess is named Crunch. The silliness factor is truly special. Today we focus on a fantastic volunteer photographer who frequented their local shelter! This person takes awwmazing portraits of the shelter's feline residents to help them get adopted. They shared with the feline corner of the internet their favorite pawtraits of 2024, and we can tell why these images were selected. The pictures are fantastic and the cat names are hilarious.

I began volunteering by first being a handler for the previous photographer who became my mentor and friend. With the help of my mentor, youtube guides, and a lot of trial and error, I was able to get to the level I am at today.
