Here is yet another example of a problematic CEO panicking as soon as they are called out for their behavior. This time, management tried to punish an employee for having a sour look on her face during a meeting in which the big boss led a “motivational” speech about how they all need to be performing better. This “sour look” also came after repeated instances in which the boss made unkind comments about the employee's attire. When the employee confronted management about these unnecessary and over-the-line comments, her feelings were completely ignored. Well, she decided that after her attempts to be taken seriously were rejected, they did not deserve more of her efforts.
