‘She has no concept of responsibility’: Woman kicks entitled stepmom out of her apartment after she flakes on babysitting her 2-year-old and 5-year-old children to go partying

When a family member needs help getting back on their feet after a divorce or a job loss, your first instinct is likely to help them out. No matter how little you have to give, helping your family out when they need it the most is a rewarding feeling that isn't comparable to any other feeling in this world. At the end of the day, you might have been the person who helped them choose a better path in life. What could be better than knowing that?

Well, helping out the family isn't all sunshine and rainbows. Some family members simply don't deserve the kindness of others because of their entitled mindset—you know the one. They beg for assistance and claim they will do whatever they can to make it up to you, then circle back and spit on the good deeds you chose to do for them.

The woman who posted this next story definitely learned her lesson after letting her stepmom stay in her apartment rent-free. In exchange, she would watch the woman's kids whenever she was needed and would additionally receive some pay. Sounds like a good setup, right? This is a pretty strange thing to say as a stepmom to her daughter and her daughter's husband… Right? I mean, the stepmom is under their roof, using their water and electricity, and is also on top of that getting paid to babysit when she could've been told to do it for free in exchange for room and board.
