This entitled customer thought she could argue her way into going against company policy. The water company her family had been using charged customers via check or cash rather than via credit card payment. The reasoning behind this choice was mutually beneficial for the company and for the customer, given the fact that no one needed to assume the cost of any credit card fees. Despite being made aware of this reasoning, this customer still was not happy about such an “inconvenience” and demanded to use a credit card or else she would change companies…

It turns out that changing companies was absolutely fine by the boss, as this customer's household was already difficult for deliveries and this was not the first time they had unnecessary confrontations with the family. To make matters even funnier, this lady had done zero research about the pricing of competitors in the area, and this boss knew that they offered the best services for the best price. Unsurprisingly, she came crawling back soon thereafter, begging for his services once again. This time, however, the boss was unwilling to answer the call. Good for him!
