Finding that perfect job that keeps you happy and pays the bills is quite the skill these days. It's very hard! You either find the job that completes you and makes you feel fulfilled, but it pays pennies. Or you find that job that will help you get out of debt, start a savings account, and get you towards completely your financial goals, but you hate it. It just drains your soul every day. What do you do? 

 

Many times, the reason that job is so soulsucking is because you have a horrible boss. Oh man, to have a bad upper management team is simply the worst. You could be working your dream job, and you would still need to leave asap. And many do! It's 2025, you don't need to put up with entitled bosses or Karen managers any more. So what do you do?
