New dog pawrent shares uplifting update of puppy she adopted from random Reddit stranger, the pawfect pupper makes himself adorably at home within minutes

The internet can be a scary place. There are lots of people with lots of agendas and you never know who is trying to scam you. Especially when it comes to buying something. However, there are also a lot of pawsitively wholesome people on the internet who are happy to help you with anything. Our mother always told us to be wary of people who said they have "free puppies," but it turns out that not all of them are bad!

After one Redditor posted about a bunch of rescue puppies from their local shelter, a pawspective doggo pawrent took interest to one unique-looking puppy in the pack. They ended up driving over an hour to save him, and now the doggo has made himself completely at home with his new furrever family. See?     At the time, I wasn't sure where the dogs actually were so I messaged smitten and turns out they were only an hour away!

    I called the shelter and they said Scar was going to be transferred to a less crowded shelter and adoption wasn't possible at the time. I begged them to keep him there and we all drove up there and adopted Scar that same day as they were able to stop the transfer!

  • Well, we mean, come on, how could you pawssibly scroll past that pawfect picture? That picture screams “Adopt me!" if we ever saw one. If they didn't take him, we certainly would have. Who cares how far we would have to drive to get him - that face is precious!
