Teacher refuses to call student by his real name and gives him detention, he comes back with proof: 'The look on her face was priceless'

Sometimes, teachers need to be called out for enforcing silly rules. These rules can go far beyond the regulations enforced by the school and the administration. Anyone who has ever been to school knows that some teachers enjoy using their authority in unnecessary ways.

    One way is uncommon, but is still legitimate. The other is the "normal" nickname. On my first day of first grade, my teacher asked every kid on the way into class for their name. I said, "My full name is [full name], but everyone calls me [nickname]."
