If you have every worked in the fashion industry then you know it's like the pile of clothes you have piling up on that one chair in your bedroom. It's chaotic, it's anxiety-inducing, but it is also there because it's all of your favorite clothes that you wear the most, so you can't live without it. Also, maybe it's a little smelly, but you keep spritzing it with your favorite perfume, so it's a little bit of you and a little bit designer bougie. Boom, baby! That's the fashion industry. 

 

Now, imagine that pile has been sitting there for months and you have to decide what to finally do with it. Do you wash it or fold it all up and put it away? It's overwhelming and you have to put all of your focus towards it. That is NY fashion week! Why do they do this when it's still cold out? Who knows? I don't work in fashion… But I do know lots of people who do and NY fashion week is the one of those weeks that leaves them with sunken eyes and blistered feet. (Because, even though you are running around, you still have to wear those very uncomfortable designer heels.)
