Entitled resident demands driver park in an illegal parking spot to make room for his own car, driver refuses, leading to a year-long dispute between them: ‘He's still mad’

When we find ourselves in unpleasant, embarrassing, or even irritating situations with strangers, the most comforting thought we usually have to calm us down is that at least we will never have to see that person again. Whether it is someone who cut you off on the highway, an entitled shopper who yelled at you at the supermarket, or even if you made a fool of yourself in public–you will probably never see those people again, and everyone will forget about what happened in a couple of days.

However, sometimes the universe just loves to remind us of all the moments we wish to forget, and in cases like these, it does so by repeatedly forcing us to see those strangers at every corner. That way neither you nor them can ever forget about those annoying situations, and the universe gets to have a good laugh at your expense. 

We all have at least one stranger like this, (do they even count as a stranger anymore?), who always hunts us whenever we least expect it. When it comes to the person in the story below, they have to deal with an entitled driver from an encounter that happened over a year ago.
