If there is one thing that brings us joy every single time, Animal Comedy-ers, it's fat puppies. The chonkier the better. We want rolls, on rolls, on rolls. We want them to be giant fluffballs with a wet nose and four perfectly pawdorable paws. But, unfortunately, not every momma dog gives birth under the best of conditions. Sometimes they are strays, sometimes it happens by accident, and sometimes, it's just nature. But this is where the wholesomeness of hoomans comes in handy - the best of us (we're talking about dog lovers, of course) will do everything in our power to help out these puppers who need our help.

After giving birth to almost a dozen puppies in the middle of the desert, Pretzel (momma dog) was rescued by heartwarming dog enthusiasts with a passion for helping canines. She wasn't able to produce enough milk to feed her puppies, so they were able to bond her with a Newfoundland who had just given birth. The two mommas ended up raising their puppies together!   • Every time we see one of these videos, it breaks our hearts (but then they get healed again with the happy ending….it's a toxic relationship, we know). We hate seeing animals in terrible situations, but there is always someone out there willing to help - and that gives us hope.

  • Families are formed for many reasons - company, necessity, love, and even financially. But what's most important is that they are all bonded together somehow (preferably through mutual love and respect). When this momma Newfoundland helped Pretzel feed her puppies, we just about started bawling. What a generous momma!
