Is it weird to be best friends with an animal? But that was the exact question one hearty hooman asked the vast population of the interwebs - is it weird that he's best friends with a cow? Admittingly, an animal BFF that's not a dog or a cat is an odd sight to see, but not less wholesome or cute. At least that's what we think - but we know we're not the only ones who think like that. This man's question and his adorable selfies with his cow BFF swept some wholesomeness across the Reddit thread he opened.

So, truly, is it weird to be best friends with a cow? Nope. Not weird at all, but rather heartwarming. Especially in this wintery weather. Such a fluffy friendship can warm any hooman heart out there. Even a fluffy friendship with a kangaroo would do that - just as one other commenter added, with a kangaroo selfie of her own. You can already see from the looks on both of their faces their friendship brings them a lot of happiness. This hearty hooman is smiling from ear to ear, and that cow blep is so cheeky and fun. This friendship makes our hearts melt.

It's not only cows (or dogs and cats, for that matter)! Animals can be BFFs with people. Animals of any type and kind. As long as we're kind to animals, and friendly towards them, they all can be friends with us too. Personally, we think it's wholesome.
