Picture in your head how the ultimate boy mom would act… well, that's exactly what this mom is doing, and it's affecting her son and daughter-in-law. 

For many young couples, having a baby is the greatest gift they could ever give to their parents. Becoming a grandparent is an exciting time in a parent's life. They can guide their children through all of the sweet baby milestones, while also spending lots of time with that adorable grandbaby. 

Having a baby is not cheap at all. All those diapers, baby food, clothing, strollers, and cribs add up to thousands of dollars. This family is already spending about $46k each year on their bills, and that's just with a couple of adults living in their home. However, there's a third person involved in this couple: the dude's mom is unbelievably overbearing. She seems to get herself involved in basically every aspect of this couple's lives, including their finances!

    ETA again: he signed a pre-nup. I owned the house long before we started dating. I withdrew MY $23k from the bank and put it in my personal. I already spoke to an attorney and I'm in the clear to do so because I have a paper trail on what was mine vs what was his. I'm an accountant. Numbers and money is kind of my specialty.
