Parenting can seem pretty Sisyphean at times. You change a crazy diaper blowout only to have to reach for the baby wipes again for another code brown in twenty minutes. You pick up all of the Legos from the living room only to find them dumped on the floor again in less than an hour. You remind your kid every day to brush their teeth before bed, and when you finally catch them doing it on their own without a reminder, you find yourself escorting them to the bathroom again the very next evening. 

As parents, it seems like you're just repeating the same tasks over and over, expecting a different outcome. Some say this is insanity, but kids do learn eventually.
