We get the concept, kind of, but then expecting the bride to just reschedule? Anyone who's ever been a bride knows that a major hard pass. Her sister is either not coping well or has a serious case of main character syndrome.

'My mom is acting like her divorce is the bigger event': Sister plans divorce on bride’s wedding weekend, family expects bride to reschedule
Weddings are supposed to be a time for celebrating a couple's love, but leave it to family to steal the spotlight. One bride had everything planned for the big day. The venue was booked, save-the-dates were sent, and the countdown was on. Then her sister announced she was filing for divorce. It should've have had any effect on the wedding, except for the fact that she decided to do it on the exact same weekend as the wedding… for "symbolic" reasons. How does that even work?
Now, instead of focusing on her big day, the bride is dealing with her mom who thinks the divorce is the main event and relatives suggesting she reschedule to "make space for her sister's pain." As if a wedding is some casual dinner reservation she can just move around. With her fiancé and dad on her side but her mom and other relatives making her feel guilty, she's left wondering if she was wrong for standing her ground.
