On the one hand, she probably did this to ensure that she was comfortable with these rules and regulations prior to her own move-in date. On the other hand, based on her subsequent actions, it seems that her real agenda was to become a strict rule follower…

It's amusing how you can spot an HOA loyalist from a mile away. She might enjoy enforcing rules from the handbook now, but she won't enjoy being disliked by her own neighborhood on day one!
