Manager lands employee in hot water with coworkers after failing to communicate tasks effectively and quits soon after, employee sends them a clever ‘parting gift’

When a manager takes it upon themselves to admit to an employee that they refuse to communicate effectively with their subordinates, you know you're about to witness some entitled behavior. Supervisors think they have the upper hand with their employees because of their title, but anybody can be reported to HR. Not to say that this happened in the story you're about to read, though… This manager took himself out to the figurative dumpster after realizing he admitted he is a terrible boss to a scorned employee.

However, this scorned employee refuses to let this go without the last word, naturally. The employee in question was shunned by their coworkers because of the supervisor's failure to communicate and divvy up tasks between employees, so the scorned employee decides to send them some light reading in the mail.
