When I was a kid, I was told never to trust what anybody says online. As far as I was concerned, every person who anonymously messaged me was a criminal who would harm me. I believed that earnestly in elementary school, but you can't maintain that delusion about every anon by the time you become old enough to talk someone off the ledge over Tumblr messages.

The general population has taken a complete 180 regarding online stranger danger. Instead of taking everything you hear from a poster with a grain of salt, millennials, Gen Zers, Gen Xers, and Baby Boomers are seeking the counsel of internet strangers for critical life problems. Instead of using their brains to figure out if they should take their baby to the doctor's office, the moms behind these parenting posts are asking complete strangers and following their advice as if they were trusted friends.

    Anonymous member 6h · I don't know how to google this. But be honest. Do I need to be concerned? I'm on the fence about going to the Dr. but it doesn't seem to be improving. Just wanted some feedback before I go too crazy haha. Started as a lump similar to a mozzie bite and now it's scabbing up and my son claims he's not scratching it. Each day he's getting more and more of them. Like is going on?! Any ideas..?

    The dilemna I have is my son has head lice I have a comb and tea tree oil, I am thinking there is nothing I can do but to use it for his health. I think I will put any eggs I comb out in the garden so they don't di instantly. My support network are involved with traditional health though eat plant pased food.     10:48 80% 20 weeks into this pregnancy and my husband all of the sudden seems supportive of a home birth! ❤ so- any home birth after c-section moms in here? I'd love to hear your birth story!!!     22m. Tw: Down syndrome Yesterday i got told my hcg levels had dropped so i went in for an emergency ultrasound which showed a healthy little bean with a heart beat of 184. So relieved! Now the next stress nipt test. Both my husband and i know we wouldn't want to raise a ds child so it makes me so anxious waiting for the test and results! Like Comment Send Share

Did your OB let you do this? It's way too overwhelming for me to begin with, and I can't have nurses and dieticians calling me every week, nor do I want them too.     All of the comments are telling her to stop the juice and switch to water. She thinks that is neglectful and that would be withholding a drink from her son when he is thirsty. She is under the assumption that she is giving him "sugar free juice" (there is no such thing) and is insisting that the problem is the diapers and not her parenting. This poor kid is going to be SO unhealthy.

    PLEASEEE HELP !! My 18 month old has an excessive drinking problem (juice and milk lol) and he keeps peeing through every diaper and goes through diapers sooo quickly! His diet is ok, We have tried switching him to milk during the day and juice at night (I don't do milk at night as he wakes up 4x ++ a night for juice).     Someone please talk me off the ledge. I went to our local raw milk store to grab milk, eggs, and cheese. I parked right out front so I could see our car from the store. I left my toddler in the car for like 5 min, which I felt at the time was fine since I would be able to watch the car from the store and would be in and out super quick.
