If you ask us, feline fam, there are too many cats out there that need saving. We wish to live in a world where each fluffy feline has a safe home to sleep in every night and where animal shelters would be a thing of the past. We're not quite there yet, but thanks to people like the one in this post, we're getting closer and closer every day. 

If you're looking for a new cat, please consider going to a shelter and adopting one. Get a kitten, get an adult, or even better yet, get a sweet senior cat that just wants to love you. While you're at it, take a chance and adopt one with special needs. It will be more work on your end, but the rewards you get are 100% worth it. That animal will be more grateful to you than you can ever imagine.

    I just wanted to share how cute she is. I went to the local shelter 2 days ago and adopted this 2yo tiny tiny cat (she weights 2kg ) that has some conditions and lost a kidney. Nobody even wanted to meet her on the adoption day because of her conditions and the "SOS"

  • We wish our cats were cuddlers. Every once in a while they will loaf on top of us, but it's not a daily occurrence. They tolerate our petting when we're on the couch. Sigh. maybe our next cat will be a little love-bug.

    I took her in anyways and within 2 weeks of just sitting near her and playing with her she warmed up. One day she was hissing and me and the next she climbed onto my shoulder and started purring. Its like a switch flipped.

  • We also wish we could save them all. If we had a million dollars, we would definitely build a cat sanctuary and take all the homeless kitties and give them a home. Just us, a farm, lots of cat toys, and hundreds of cats. Maybe thousands.

    My sweet Leroy Jenkins had the same story. He was an owner surrender due to him not liking dogs and he was at the shelter for over a month until we scooped his sweet self up. He's still adjusting but he's such a sweetie and a cuddle bug!
