You'll realize you're not alone and you don't have to feel alone. Let the memes remind you that you are important! But also, get a therapist. Therapy is like going to the gym to workout. You don't want to go, while you're workout you want to barf and cry (especially the harder it gets), then for a little bit afterwards you still feel nauseated and disoriented, but then after a few hours you feel SO much better!
