Itty bitty black footed kitty that is eternally small is the most ferocious wild cat in the world, but we we would all still pet it: '11/10 willing to lose my fingers for this cutie'

We have to confess: we have a weakness. For cats. For all cats. We cannot stop ourselves from trying to pet them. Yes, all of them. We have long said that one day we are going to end up on the news for trying to pet a lynx cub in the wild or something. It doesn't matter that we know that some of these cats are dangerous and that they should not be touched. We cannot stop ourselves. We see a pride, and immediately, we want to join the lion cuddle pile. We see a bunch of grumpy Pallas's cats, and we immediately want to try to turn their frowns upside down, even though we know that we can't. 

So, if we saw this dangerous, fierce, incredibly deadly black footed cat somewhere out there in the world, we just know that we would lose a finger trying to pet it. We know that about ourselves, and if it happened to us, we don't even think we would regret it. Not fully. Because at least we got to pet the cat.

  • Seriously though, if we came across one of these little guys in the wild… we would so try to pet it. The interesting markings on it, the fierce look on its face, the bird or rodent in its mouth… nothing would stop us from trying, not even knowing who this cat is. We would not be able to help ourselves.

  • Truly, there was no reason to make this cat so cute looking. And yeah, sure, we think that every cat is cute, but this one is like- on another level cute. It's like the creator said: “you will lose a finger to a small cat biting it, and you will be happy about it”. And it's probably accurate.
