The Pallas's cats - also known as "the grumpiest cats in the world". 

No matter the situation, the Pallas's cat will grump. Forever, always, no matter what they're doing it. When Pallas's cats get excited during feeding time - grumpy. When Pallas's cats flirt during mating season - grumpy. When Pallas's cats playfight in the snow - grumpy. They only look that way to us, of course. We're pretty sure that they're usually happy.
