Think about it: Back in the day, if you wanted to know something, you'd have to navigate the dusty labyrinth known as the library. Our TVs weighed about as much as a small elephant, and changing channels required getting up (the horror!). Air conditioning was a luxury reserved for shopping malls, and secondhand smoke was practically part of the food pyramid. Oh, and let's not forget carrying those CRT TVs—they weren't tech, they were furniture workouts!

Now, everything is slick, smooth, and effortless. Answers are a click away, movies stream directly to our couch-bound selves, our homes practically regulate their own climate, and smoky restaurants are ancient history. So why, amidst all this convenience, are we still tired, stressed, and nostalgic for those "good old" tough days?
