This isn’t the reality of every day, though. Sometimes the juice is simply not in the tank and you need a little extra push to get your sweat on. There are lots of ways to motivate. You could call up a buddy to go with you, thus forcing you into a social contract. You could pre-order a smoothie to pick up after your gym session (there’s nothing like food motivation). Or you could look at memes to inspire you. Today, we’ve got smoothies. I mean memes. Whoops!
