Look, I get it, what's more fitting than asking a friend for a favor? Who else are you going to call? Ghostbusters? No one's denying that friends are a lifeline, but there's a difference between Hey, can I borrow your phone charger? and Hey, can I move into your house indefinitely.

The "friend" in today's story, though, her audacity should be studied. Being this confident, tone deaf, and downright obnoxious takes years of practice. It's a world-class level of cluelessness that most of us could only dream of attaining.  

I mean, I shrivel in my chair just imagining overstaying my welcome by more than five minutes. I'd start wiping down the countertops just to justify my presence, but not this icon of nerve. No, she just lands, both figuratively and literally, right in her friend's house, fully claiming it as her own. Marking her territory like a hound dog on a mission or a bear with an impressive back itch to scratch, she makes herself right at home.
