There's nothing worse than doing a group project with people who aren't all willing to do the work. This would happen to me all the time in school, where I'd be paired with the lackadaisical popular guy, and as the type-A theater kid, I'd end up doing all the work. I swear teachers do this on purpose to teach us both a lesson. Except that there were no lessons learned besides "Get the nerd to do all the work for you." And bros all over the land have internalized that and continued it into their professional lives. Look at Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. 

But if you do find a group that is all firing on equal cylinders, it's like magic. Teamwork truly does make the dream work, and you can do so much more with collaboration than you can do on your own. If you've ever been in a really awesome DnD campaign, you know this.
