No matter how specific that item is you're looking for, someone out there in the world is selling it. Maybe you can find that one sweater you've been wanting online, but if it's old, you might have to dig deeper. Checking out thrift shops, vintage stores, and online marketplaces can give you some absolutely amazing choices of items to peruse. Not all of the things you can buy are objectively "good," and in fact, a lot of them are just awful. That won't stop sellers from trying to make a quick buck, though! If they've got a mini fridge covered in mystery food, they won't bother to clean that out before posting a photo and requesting money for it. (At least one seller who did that had the courtesy to just name their listing "No.")
