Woman gets her Legally Blonde moment after lawyer ex mocks her dreams, catches him creeping her profile 3 years later after getting into top law school: 'He literally scoffed at me'

As women, we know how hard it is to be taken seriously in the workplace. Though it's getting better with time, we still remain underpaid and underappreciated compared to our male counterparts. That's why we love a good Legally Blonde story. Being a woman who is unapologetically herself and embraces all the girly aspects of womanhood does not make you any less capable.

This woman had her own real-life Elle Woods moment. She was just 21 when her then-boyfriend, a 27-year-old lawyer, actually scoffed at her dream of becoming an attorney. She wanted to work her way up as a paralegal, but he basically told her to stay in her lane and maybe aim for court clerk instead.

Fast-forward three years, and she's headed to UC Berkeley Law with a 98th percentile LSAT score and some petty motivation in her back pocket. It's giving "remember those hours we spent in the hot tub on spring break? Well this is SO MUCH BETTER."  Elle would be proud.
