Well, today's story focuses on one dog groomer who gave in their two weeks, and then was fired nearly on the spot. The owner of the salon claimed this groomer was "burnt out," but they believe that couldn't be further from the truth. Any service-based job is a difficult one. We always say that everyone should have to work in a customer-facing job at least once in their lives to fully understand what it's like. We think more people would be nicer to employees if that were the case.

This could very well be the case, but it should have been handled differently. Honesty and expectations need to be set in the first place, not made-up excuses like “you're burnt out” or making up random complaints that never existed.
