‘The way he treated you is a parade of red flags’: Boyfriend demands girlfriend throw away the stray cat she wholesomely rescued, she defends the poor kitten and kicks him out of the house

We've said it before, and we'll say it again: liking cats is the biggest green flag you can have. People who like cats understand respect, patience, and boundaries. If you're not a cat purrson, we're not really going to get along because our cats are 90% of our purrsonalities. That was something we knew going into our dates (before we found our partner, of course) - they must like cats, and they must be okay with us coming home with a random cat we found on the street that needed our help. It was going to happen sooner or later, anyway.

This is where today's couple comes in - the girlfriend in the story found a poor stray cat outside of a cafe who needed her help, so she took it home, bathed it, and excitedly sent a picture to her boyfriend.
