For people who love to sleep in, the concept of a "morning person" is also so foreign. That being said, there is always a morning person to someone's night owl and vice versa. Heck, you don't even have to be a night owl, you just enjoy a good long slumber. You'll be snug as a bug in a rug when BAM, that morning friend of your's start blowing up your phone to invite you to breakfast. Thanks for thinking of me, Jackie, but I'm more of a 1pm brunch bestie, which I have told you 1,00O TIMES WHY DO YOU KEEP CALLING ME AT 9AM ON THE WEEKENDS?! Oof, and don't even get me started on the 9-to-5 grind. Who decided it would be that way? Did all the morning people gather one day, at the crack of dawn, and set this in motion while the rest of us were still sound asleep? Give me a 10-to-6 or, even better, a 11-7! Or at least let me nap after lunch. Just a quick 20 minute disco nap. It's either that or scroll through memes for the first few hours of my day until my brain turns on…

There is nothing like being able to sleep in, especially after a week of waking up early for work. It's the worst when you have to also wake up early in the weekend. Like, can't a bestie get a break? Brain no worky if it no re-charge-y, you know what I'm saying?! Sleepy folks do.
