Picture this: it's 1999. You're between the ages of 7 and 14. It's a Friday night after a long week of school. You have no plans tonight, but your mom is ordering Pizza Hut. You take your cheese slice to the basement where your Nintendo 64 is hooked up to an incredibly boxy but substantial television set. You boot up Super Mario 64. You spend the night jumping and collecting coins. You know that in the morning, a new episode of Pinky and the Brain will be waiting for you. Life, for a brief moment, is perfect. You didn't know it then, but you feel it now. 

Being a 90s kid was a great time to be alive. Of course, anything from your childhood, a time when you had no responsibilities other than to feed your Tamagotchi, is going to sound pretty nice. So forgive us if we indulge in the past a little now and then.
