  • matabei89. Put in honest day labor, learn the ropes. Dont let people push you around. Keep yourself humble, go thru sh. Never use I'm the owner son. Gain their respect and move up. When time is right, take, over those you worked for will have deep respect. Make improvements etc... Keep going.
