Entitled resident refuses to stop leaving garbage at neighbor's doorstep, leading neighbor to block resident's garage door with all the trash in response: 'It would tip over when he opens the door’

If you could write a letter to your neighbor, stating all the annoying things they do that you wish they would stop, how many pages long do you think the letter would actually be?

For some lucky people, this letter might only be a paragraph or two, a small complaint about a random thing, followed by a thank you for being such a great neighbor. Other, less lucky people, can write an actual book with all the terrible things they have to put up with because of their entitled neighbors.

My letter to my neighbor, for example, would have at least a full page complaining about how they turn on their TV at 5 AM, so loudly that I can hear the rumbling voices of the news anchors in my bedroom. I often find myself unable to sleep because all I can hear when I close my eyes is the sound of that TV, and it never stops. It can be on for hours, disturbing anyone near, and they simply couldn't care less.
