We use Facebook differently as we age. Many millennials posted 100+ pictures of a singular night in the club in 2009, yet they are doing nothing of the sort today. You can't be an online party girl forever, and often, the craziest of partiers become the most wholesome parents around. Their Facebook accounts reflect that. 

There is considerable value in posting adorable photos of your family online. Every day, your Facebook reminds you of what you posted on that day X amount of years ago, and it's wild to see the time go by so simultaneously slowly and quickly. I can't believe the things I did 8 years ago were only 8 years ago. And yet, 8 years is a long time to me. With the passage of time, you might come to regret some of the crazier stuff you posted on Facebook, but at least you can see how much you've grown.

  • There's no way of knowing the kinds of things the following parents posted back in 2011. The things they're posting now are far crazier than any night partying in college. There is a reason why many mom group posts are anonymous: they are not proud of the things they're asking.

    I bring my son in the women's bathroom with me, and no I don't care how that makes you feel. As a mother it's my job to make sure he's safe, especially when we're out in public. I don't know what type of people may be in the men's bathroom, I can't trust that my son won't get hurt being in there on his own. I have no way of knowing if his privacy is being respected. So until he's old enough to ensure his privacy and safety. I will gladly take him into the women's bathroom. @jordannalamb

    Hey moms! What deodorant are we starting our boys off on? I'm 36 and don't use deodorant. 7 is too young in my opinion they should only need soap and water. I use Dr. Bronners peppermint soap for our soap.     9:49- ⚫ Follow 25 I made my own formula for my child when I couldn't produce enough anymore. Super easy. You have a milk, (I used goat milk) multi vitamin liquid, molasses, coconut oil, olive oil, water... My daughter loved it and hit all her milestones and is stronger than her older sister and is now almost 10. Doctors were consulted, don't worry.     Hello beautiful people! My son is only 27 months but he's pretty advanced for his age physically and intellectually. I really want to get him started with healthy routines such as working out,.eating right, etc. Are there any gym classes for kids in his age group that are actual gym classes and not just running around and playing?     my baby has been YELLING. not screeching like she used to but just straight up yelling as loud as she can. i think she might be teething so i'm hoping it passes but we live in an apartment & i feel so bad for our neighbors lol. i thought abut squirting her with a squirt bottle but is that too mean??? this is a serious question. i've also tried hugging her & whispering in her ear Like Comment Send b11

    I have a 5 year old whose been having a tough time this last year. He's pretty much been to every daycare and after school program here in Pflugerville. He gets over stimulated around ALOT of kids and his behavior is mostly attention seeking when he's around a lot of kids, so he tends to hit a lot. He lasts a few days at daycare but ends up kicked out. It seems like no one here has the time and resources to help him. We'd love a nanny for him this summer but i can't fathom paying $20 an hour to

    Is there such thing as scared straight or military school for a 4yo?! I genuinely don't know what to do with my 4yo. She is so feral I'm at my wits end. She swears, hits people, steals and does whatever she wants. Nothing scares her. I've tried everything and she just brushes it off.     Heads up, if you haven't gone to see Stitch. We are a non cussing household. And our son is in that imitation phase with what he hears... but it has a scene where someone says "what the He!!" Just bluntly stops all other sounds and the actor says it plain as day.. and what do you know my kid imitated it right then. I know it's not a "bad" word. And I probably am over reacting. But I was upset for sure. Just wanting to let others know if your kids don't hear that type of stuff. Like Comment Send

    I saw the commercial for it and couldn't believe that it is in a kids movie. Why on earth are these "kids movies" allowing words like this and other things. Soo many shows being advertised to kids but shouldn't be for children to watch. 2h Like Reply Author 11b there is also an adult humor scene. Thankfully kids shouldn't catch onto it.     I just don't understand why they need to say it at all, for a kids movie you would think just a basic no bad words rule would be standard. He could have said heck. I heard the movie was awesome and I want to see it and I have teenagers who I'm sure say way worse but it always bothers me when kids movies curse or make adult sual jokes etc. I may be reading too much into it but I actually think it's creepy the way kids movies sneak in adult content, even if it's just a single word.
