30-something-year-old gamer stays up all night raging at her game, driving her roommate insane: 'I don’t know what came over me. I opened the container, grabbed the salt, poured a ton of it over her corned beef.'

Sleep is precious, and when we're not getting our eight hours in, we can get cranky fast. With roommates, adequate sleep can be challenging when you're living with the wrong people. It's common courtesy to be quiet when others in the household are sleeping, but some people simply lack self-awareness and consideration for others. When a woman refuses to keep her late-night gaming to a minimum, her poor, sleepless roommate decides she's had enough.

Today's tale of petty roommate revenge involves a woman living with – not one, but four other women, one of them being a gamer who stays up all night playing and shouting. The worst part is that this noisy roommate is almost forty years old, a grown adult screaming at a video game all night. The narrator (and ticked off roommate) realizes that if the noise isn't going to stop, she's going to annoy her loud roommate by any means necessary, like messing with her lunch. Moral of this story: Keep the noise and at a low volume, and try not to make your roommates too salty...

The commenters had some other clever ideas for petty revenge. Personally, I'd turn on the vacuum during their sleep hours, or maybe make myself a delicious smoothie with the blender while they try to nap. Changing the Wi-Fi password could also be fun, but I wouldn't necessarily want to be maimed by my raging gamer roommate.
