What we can say for certain here with this story, however, this manager was a full in lvst and pulled a career move that cost him his job. 

 

It seemed to have all started when the company he worked for was hiring. HR takes the hiring process very seriously and they were interviewing many bright candidates. One woman who applied did not give her best interview performance. She didn't answer the questions well, her experience was lackluster, and so on. However, she did have something that none of the other candidates had… The eyes of the manager.
