'Really? It's stuck at the bottom of the cup': Woman attempts to shame employee by pouring hot cappucino out in front of him

How bad would your drink have to taste before you start pouring it out on the ground? This woman did just that, in a video she filmed herself, after getting a drink she disliked at a local coffee chain. 

Some coffee chains are woefully inept at making a drink. I stopped going to a local Dunkin because my order is just cold brew with cream, with light ice. Those are just three ingredients, and yet I never get quite what I've asked for. Sometimes they give me extra ice (are they spiteful of my light-ice preferences? I'm unsure). Other times they give me so much cream that the drink tastes just terrible. It hurts my head to think about the ways they must mess up the drinks that have tons of ingredients! If they can barely get a cold brew coffee right, their other beverages must also be a hot mess. 

This person had an issue at a different big coffee chain. She ordered a mocha cappuccino, but apparently neither she nor the employee stirred the drink up properly. Mocha is basically like chocolate syrup, so I'm not sure what she expected her beverage to taste like. It does look like the drink wasn't stirred, which can be irritating, but pouring it on the ground really isn't helping anything. 

The driver claimed that she spent an hour at the restaurant, and even though she recouped some of her losses, she tells the employee that she wasted gas money and time waiting around. You can check out the entire video below.
