You know what, animal fam? We can't believe we're about to say this, but we're actually starting to like Wednesdays. Yes, you read that correctly. And it's for one reason, and one reason only - we get to scroll through silly animal memes and snaps that are sure to start our day off with a smile.

If you're a millennial or older, you probably experienced the brief lifetime of Snapchat. We, as millennials, used it in high school and a bit in college, and then we just stopped, like most of the world. However, those brief years of Snapchat brought about some of the funniest animal memes the internet has to offer. It was meme-making in real time. It combined the silliness of internet culture with the boredom of teenagers/young adults who were some of the first to have smartphones. It was a pawsitively magical time.
