Job interviews are never fun, but panel interviews are a whole different level of psychological warfare. Between memorizing your resume, tailoring your answers for each person in the room, and praying you don't accidentally say something weird, it's amazing more of us don't have a mental breakdown mid-interview.

One candidate recently found themselves in exactly that scenario with five interviewers in one conference room for a first-round interview. Little did he know, the company's CEO was a part of that panel.
