This guy wasn't abiding by the quiet hour rules the complex enforces, so a fellow tenant calls the cops on him. Instead of the man's parents taking accountability for their adult son's behavior, as their names are the ones on the apartment, they instead shame everyone for tattling. Their reasoning?
