Bridesmaid takes legal action against bride after bride removes her from wedding party and refuses to let her stay at the resort, despite bridesmaid already paying for it: ‘They’ve canceled my reservation’
Who doesn't love a big ol' destination wedding?
Being forced to take days off work, spending hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars on travel, staying in a crammed hotel with all the other guests, then leaving before you even get to enjoy the actual destination… Doesn't that sound like so much fun? Much better than that beautiful venue that is 10 minutes away from where you live, don't you think?
For some people, the fun of a destination wedding doesn't even stop there! They get to be a part of the wedding party, as a bridesmaid or a groomsman, being blessed with the opportunity to be at the happy (and oh-so relaxed) couple's side, not at all being dragged into their wedding drama and chaos. All while being miles and miles away from home, with nowhere to go, and no way to escape…
Oh, what a time to be alive!
When the bridesmaid in the store below was told she was no longer a part of the destination wedding party, she took it as a sign to stay away from the wedding dramas as much as she could. However, when she found out that the bride refused to let her stay at the resort when she had already paid for her room, she decided she was not above a little wedding drama.
